At Image Confidante our certified personal counsellor and Master NLP therapist Ms. Shalini Baheti consults clients as one on one basis. The focus is on individuals immediate near or future concerns. Talk therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and Neurolinguistic program (NLP) is used to assist youth, students, professionals, home makers to change their mindset and grow through the process.

Some of the areas that she works with are anger, stress, exam stress, stress at work, self-image issues, self-esteem issues, conflict resolution relationship problems. Through the CBT or NLP Process, the client gets an insight in understanding their concerns and develop the required skills, behavior and attitude to cope with it.
